![]() ![]() Opening the Print Server properties via the command line of printui.exe /s /t2 and attempting to remove the package always resulted in it telling me the driver package was in use. Let's just go to the driver repository and delete the driver and package, right? Putting my Google Fu into action revealed that the error actually means it can't install the driver. Tried reinstalling the printer from the server and got another Windows error that was more cryptic saying it couldn't connect with an error code of 0x00000057. Tried setting it as default and Windows gives me an error saying it couldn't connect. ![]() I go look at his printers and it's most certainly there. User today told me he couldn't see the Ricoh printer to print a PDF document. ![]()
